The non-painted surface of the table body that is in contact with sweat when using the table body should be wiped frequently. When using organic solvents in countertop operation, be careful not to damage the paint surface of the countertop body.
Maintenance of three-axis turntable chassis
The power cables and signal cables of the measuring chassis must be routed safely and reliably to avoid short circuit, open circuit, or poor contact caused by external forces.
When moving the measuring chassis, handle it gently to avoid impact and bump.
If the circuit of the measuring chassis is faulty, check the contact status of the signal cable, power cable, and ground cable first, and then check the digital display table according to the wiring table.

The body adopts the U-O-O structure (the inner frame is the circular barrel structure), the precision mechanical shafting and the high stiffness platform structure. It mainly has the functions of simulation, position, speed, swing, etc., which can simulate the three-dimensional movement of the carrier, and is used in the ground hemiphysical simulation system to provide close to the real movement environment for the warhead and the guidance load. It can also provide single axis, two axis or three axis positioning and speed reference for the load under test, for the inertial element components, inertial navigation system testing and testing.
Repair, maintenance and precautions are as follows
1) After turning on the turntable power supply, wait 5 seconds before continuing the following operations;
2) Strictly operate in the order of startup and shutdown;
3) The turntable is powered at least once a month;
4) Test after starting and preheating for half an hour;
5) After the “power” switch is turned on, if the digital tube display is abnormal (there are more than two digits jump), the “power” switch should be turned off and restarted. If it is still abnormal, report for repair;
6) After the system is put into operation, if the turntable oscillates, the “enable” switch and “power” switch of the control system must be removed as soon as possible to check the cause.
7) The turntable corresponds to the control chassis one by one and cannot be mixed.
8) The turntable should be wiped clean before and after use to avoid hard objects hitting, scratching, contact with chemical solvents;
9) The installation load should be handled lightly to avoid damaging the installation surface;
10) When loading is installed, the locking device of shafting can be locked to eliminate the inconvenience caused by shafting rotation;
11) When the turntable is working, the locking device of the shafting must be in a loose state (described in the operation);
12) When using the turntable, the load mounting surface should be avoided from being scratched or bruised by harder objects. Before load installation, scrub the contact surface between load and installation surface with absorbent cotton soaked in gasoline;
13) The installation surface must be clean and must not bump or scratch with hard objects. If not used for a long time, the installation surface should be scrubbed clean, and then evenly coated with a layer of anti-rust oil.
