Introduction

Low Cost MEMS Mining Intrinsically Safe Rig Hole-Opening Orienter (hereinafter referred to as the Orienter) is an intrinsically safe inertial measuring instrument for mining applications.

It consists of a single-axis MEMS gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, indexing mechanism, power supply, display and driver board, and enclosure assembly.Its core function is the precise measurement and orientation of the azimuth and inclination angles during rig hole-opening in scenarios such as underground coal mines and geological drilling.Immune to geomagnetic and ferromagnetic interference, it is a key instrument for achieving accurate drilling.
