ER-Gyro-15 MEMS Gyroscope Module for GWD
Introduction
ER-Gyro-15 is equipped with a high-precision MEMS gyroscope with self north seeking function. By integrating the real-time data of the three-axis MEMS gyroscope and the three-axis accelerometer, it can realize dynamic and continuous tracking measurement of the well inclination angle, tool face angle and azimuth angle.
Traditional magnetic sensitive element inclinometers cannot guarantee the azimuth measurement accuracy in casing, tubing, drill pipe and well sections affected by magnetic interference. For such abnormal magnetic field environment, gyro orientation technology based on the earth's rotation angular velocity sensing is required.
The device supports measurement while drilling, point measurement and continuous measurement, can quickly collect drilling data, control drilling trajectory, greatly shorten measurement time, and significantly improve operation efficiency. It is an ideal equipment for oil and gas logging and other fields.

- Adopt the latest three-axis MEMS gyro, three-axis MEMS plus meter strapdown inertial measurement technology
- Subvert the size of traditional gyro tools, extremely small, with a diameter of only 30mm and a length of 120mm, which can be easily embedded in the narrow front-end space such as the probe tube;

- 30s fast alignment, azimuth accuracy 1°, 90s precise alignment, azimuth accuracy 0.5°;
- The well inclination measurement angle is up to 0.1°; the gyro tool face angle accuracy can reach 1°/secL (L represents latitude);
- It can measure while drilling and can also measure continuously;
- It is not affected by magnetic fields
- It has the function of self-seeking north
- 5~125°C full temperature calibration compensation, adapt to extreme environments;
