Introduction
The YHZ90/360 High Precision MEMS Mining Intrinsically Safe Rig Hole-Opening Orienter (hereinafter referred to as the Orienter) is an intrinsically safe inertial measuring instrument for mining applications.It consists of a three-axis MEMS gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, power supply, display and driver board, and enclosure assembly. Based on the principle of inertial navigation attitude calculation, it outputs the carrier’s azimuth and inclination in real time.It is a key component for azimuth and attitude measurement and intelligent transformation of underground drilling rig mining systems.

- Laser-assisted positioning: Built-in single-line/cross-line laser for fast alignment with hole-opening reference points and azimuth lines, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Dynamic tracking measurement:Outputs azimuth and inclination in real time during hole opening to guide rig attitude adjustment and ensure precise trajectory.
- Mining intrinsically safe design:Certified for explosion protection, safe for use in underground mines with high gas and high dust concentrations.
- Data compensation and calibration:Full-temperature calibration and angle compensation algorithms to resolve azimuth errors at high inclination angles.
