Introduction

Low-Cost Mining MEMS Gyro Rig Aligner (hereinafter referred to as the Gyro Rig Aligner) is an intrinsically safe inertial measuring instrument for mining applications.

It consists of a singleaxis MEMS gyroscope, threeaxis accelerometer, indexing mechanism, power supply, display and driver board, and enclosure assembly.Its core function is the precise measurement and orientation of the azimuth and inclination angles during rig holeopening in scenarios such as underground coal mines and geological drilling.Immune to geomagnetic and ferromagnetic interference, it is a key instrument for achieving accurate drilling.
