Among them, China carried out 39 space launches and launched 89 spacecraft, with the total mass of launched spacecraft reaching 103.06 tons, a 29.3 percent increase from the previous year.China has continued to make major breakthroughs in space launches, ranking second in both the number of launches and the mass of its payload.

As the leading force in China’s space science and technology industry, the Long March series carrier rockets developed by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation will carry out 34 launch missions and launch 82 spacecraft in 2020, accounting for 92.1 percent of China’s total launch number and 99.2 percent of the total launch mass, ranking first among space companies in the world in the number of launches.
