The core component of the DTG logging technology is an inertial measurement component that includes a power tuning rate gyro and two quartz accelerometers. The power tuning rate gyroscope measures the angular rate component of the Earth's rotation; the quartz accelerometer measures the Earth's gravitational acceleration component. The measured signal is sent to the surface logging system through a single-core cable through acquisition and coding. After computer decompilation, the parameters such as the inclination angle, azimuth angle and tool face angle of the wellbore can be obtained.
