Attitude Reference System

AHRS, known as the attitude reference system, includes multiple axial sensors, which can provide the aircraft with course, roll and roll information. Such a system is used to provide accurate and reliable attitude and navigation information for the aircraft. The attitude reference system includes MEMS - based triaxial gyro, accelerometer and magnetometer. The difference between attitude reference system and IMU is that AHRS contains embedded attitude data calculating unit and heading information, and IMU only provides sensor data, but does not have the function of providing accurate and reliable attitude data.At present, kalman filter is the computing unit of multi-sensor data fusion in the commonly used attitude reference system (AHRS).
