    Introduction

    Introduction

    The ER-GyroTracker-21 is an intelligent real-time drilling trajectory surveying device, consisting of a surveying probe(hereinafter referred to as "probe")and a mining terminal equipment as its core system. The probe has a diameter of only 24.75mm and is equipped with high-precision MEMS gyro directional module and fluxgate directional module, supporting dual modes of true north and magnetic north output.

    The probe is installed inside the drill pipe, which reduces the operational failure rate of the equipment. During the measuring while drilling process, the stability of data collection and transmission has significantly improved. It can also achieve real-time measurement of the drilling space trajectory and depth while drilling, without the need for any manual intervention throughout the process. This completely eliminates the problems of false drilling and empty drilling from the very beginning.

    Via Bluetooth, the probe communicates with the mining terminal equipment to record borehole attributes at the start of drilling. After drilling, data stored in the probe is automatically transmitted to the mining terminal equipment. Through the dedicated software, the drilling space trajectory, depth data and quality evaluation results can be presented intuitively on-site, making the operation efficient and convenient.

    • Bluetooth + Wired Dual Communication: The probe communicates wirelessly via Bluetooth, and also supports wired connection, ensuring stable and reliable data transmission in complex environments.

    Advanced Analysis Software

    • Multi-dimensional display of trajectory: Supports free switching between 3D spatial trajectory, 2D horizontal plane projection curve, and cross-sectional curve, presenting the drilling pattern intuitively;
    • Data Linkage Analysis: The measured values curve at the monitoring points is linked and displayed with the data table. Deviation values are automatically calculated, and the data differences are clearly visible at a glance.
