    ER-MG-067 High Performance MEMS Gyro 

    Introduction

    The ER-MG-067 High-accuracy & Low-cost MEMS Gyro is a single-axis MEMS angular rate sensor, which can measure the maximum angular velocity of ±400°/s, and the digital output conforms to SPI slave mode 3 protocol. Angular rate data is presented as a 24-bit word.

    ER-MG-067 is intended for industry, instrumentation, stabilization, and other high performance applications. The advanced differential sensor design can suppress the influence of linear acceleration, so that the ER-MG-067 can operate even in extremely harsh environments such as shock and vibration.

    The ER-MG-067 is available in a hermetically sealed ceramic LCC surface mount package, and is capable of operating at 5V supply and a wide temperature range (−50°C to +85°C).
