    Introduction
    It is a high-precision CANopen biaxial tilt sensor mainly aimed at the field of industrial field control, the product adopts the industrial standard isolator CAN transceiver with a resolution of 0.0005°, an accuracy of 0.001°, and a temperature drift of 0.0005°/°C.
    The product has a built-in high-precision temperature sensor that can correct the temperature drift of the sensor according to the change of the built-in temperature sensor to ensure the high repeatability of the product in a low temperature or high temperature environment. The output response frequency standard is up to 100Hz, which is suitable for various harsh industrial control environments.
