    Introduction
    It is a high-precision CANopen single-axis inclination sensor for industrial field control. It adopts industry standard isolator CAN transceiver with resolution of 0.0007°, accuracy of 0.005°, and temperature drift of 0.0005°/℃, which is a real industrial-grade product.
    It has a built-in high-precision temperature sensor, which can correct the temperature drift of the sensor according to the change of the built-in temperature sensor to ensure the high repeatability of the product regardless of low temperature or high temperature environment. The output response frequency standard is up to 100Hz, which is suitable for various harsh working environments.
